A branded merchandise company selling premium double-walled bottles to high-end hotels, conservancies, and ranches needed to replace their WhatsApp and email-based ordering process with a structured system. We built a purpose-built ordering platform featuring a visual mockup creator where clients select bottle colors, upload logos, enter engraving text, and see a live preview of their branded product before ordering. The admin dashboard gives the operations team full order pipeline visibility with status tracking from new order through printing, delivery, and payment. Automated job sheet PDFs are generated and emailed directly to the printer, eliminating manual coordination entirely. The platform replaced a process that relied on scattered WhatsApp threads, lost logo files, and manual stock checks with a single system that handles everything from order placement to delivery confirmation.
